SAMEC Trust collects the following information regarding visitors and clients we offer services to via post or our website: information regarding what services we are offering you, events that we hold and third parties that we collaborate with. We may also hold information relating to the Health initiatives that we offer on organise, charity activities, Health campaigns, signposting service and community events.

Yes, all information provided via our signposting will be protected along the same level as other confidential information we handle.

Who is collecting your information?
When you are on the SAMEC Trust website or using our signposting service and are asked for personal information, you are sharing that information with the SAMEC Trust alone, unless stated otherwise.

With whom does the PDS share your information?
The SAMEC Trust will not disclose any of your personally identifiable information, except when we have your permission or under special circumstances, such as when we believe in good faith that the law requires it.
